Madrid, April 10, 2025– The Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) has launched the 8th edition of its annual document "Researcher Career Path in Spain at a Glance". This document is a key tool for researchers willing to continue their career in Spain. The document is a visual guide that aligns research positions in Spain’s Science and Technology System and hiring mechanisms with the profiles of the European Research Career Framework (R1, R2, R3, R4), and outline major funding, both public and private, for researchers.
The 8th edition covers funding calls published between 2023-2025 and provides links to key resources such as R3 certification and ANECA accreditation. It also includes information on the duration of funded positions and the academic time windows for applying. The report is available at this link.
